Return & Refund Policy


If you decide to return an item within the first 30 days in "Like New" condition, you will be eligible for a full refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping then original shipping costs would be charged at the time of return.


If you receive an incorrect item that was due to a mistake made by Fleet Pro please send a picture to sales@fleetpropt.com along with your Invoice number, Name, the best phone number to reach you and a brief description of what is incorrect. We will contact you immediately to rectify the situation.


If you receive a damaged item, please do not open the item. Take a picture and send it to sales@fleetpropt.com along with your Invoice number, Name, and the best phone number to reach you and we will call to have item exchanged. In some instances an item has been opened and damage is then noticed, please take a picture and send to the email address above and we will contact you.


TIRES:


Fleet Pro Tires are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in original condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for certain returns. Defective tires within the manufacturer’s warranty period can be exchanged or refunded according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover damage done from improper use and installation. 


TARPS:


Fleet Pro Tarps have a 90 day manufacturing warranty. Item will be replaced; no money back will be issued.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover rips, tears, or wind damage due to tarps being improperly tied/strapped down.


CARGO CONTROL EQUIPMENT:


Fleet Pro Cargo Control Equipment has a 90 day manufacturing warranty. Items will be replaced; no money back will be issued.
- Manufacturing warranty does not cover damage done from improper use.

TRUCK & TRAILER PARTS:


All Fleet One Truck & Trailer Parts are covered by whichever comes first:
- One year or 100,000 miles driven from date of installation
- 12 months from the date of purchase from Fleet Pro
Fleet Pro warrants this product for defective material or workmanship provided the product is installed correctly for its intended use and application. The Fleet Pro warranty does not cover parts that fail due to misuse, misapplication, or accidental damage.
Processing of a warranty request consists of three steps:
- Approval from a customer service representative to return the part to Fleet Pro for further examination. Freight to return the product is paid by the purchaser of the product.
- Once received, Fleet Pro will inspect the part for misuse, misapplication, accident damage, and any other cause not related to defective material or workmanship within 60 days of receipt.
- If defective material or workmanship is confirmed, a corresponding credit will be issued to the purchaser.
Claims for labor, parts, or special/consequential damages are not valid under this warranty.
